1. Services

SecureArk Solutions provides digital services including website development, app development, SEO, social media marketing, AI solutions, cybersecurity consulting, and related technology services. All services are governed by these terms and any specific project agreements.

2. Payment Terms

  • We typically require 50% upfront and 50% upon completion
  • Payments must be made according to the schedule defined in your project proposal
  • All prices are in INR unless otherwise specified
  • Custom payment schedules are available for larger projects

3. Project Delivery

Timelines are provided as estimates. We make our best effort to meet deadlines. Delays caused by client feedback, content delivery, or scope changes may extend timelines. We communicate promptly about any changes.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom work created for the client becomes the client's property. SecureArk retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio. Pre-existing code libraries and frameworks remain SecureArk's property.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project. This obligation survives termination of any agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

SecureArk's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to termination will be invoiced and payable. Prepaid amounts for undelivered work will be refunded per our Refund Policy.

8. Website Usage

By using this website, you agree not to engage in any unauthorized activities including scraping, attempting to breach security, or distributing malware. We reserve the right to block access to any user violating these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
