1. General Policy
We are committed to client satisfaction. If you're not happy with our services, we'll work with you to make it right before processing any refund.
2. Project-Based Services
- Before work begins: Full refund of advance payment
- During development: Pro-rated refund based on work completed, less any third-party costs incurred
- After delivery: No refund, but we offer a 30-day bug-fix warranty
3. Monthly Retainer Services
- Cancel anytime with 30 days notice
- No refund for the current billing period
- Unused future periods will not be charged
4. Contest / Lucky Draw
Entry fees (e.g., ₹399 Lucky Draw) are non-refundable under any circumstances, as stated in the contest terms.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at business@secureark.in with your project details. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about our services or billing, please contact us first. We believe in transparent communication and will work to resolve any issues promptly.
